“The first step” by Valentina Fuentes and “A desk, a whiteboard, eight  Hours per day” by Valentina Obrador, are the titles of the speeches delivered by these two  students from 11th grade E who  were selected, among six other competitors,  to represent our school in the ESU Public Speaking Competition 2016 in Santiago. Aspects such as reasoning and evidence; expression and delivery; and credibility, were the ones in which Valentina Obrador and Valentina Fuentes  highly outstanded.

María Paz Estay and Gadir Hassan, from 11th grade C, and Isidora Fajardo from 11th grade E were part of the six finalists in the school public speaking competition and their deliveries reached high standards as well.

The Grand Jury composed by Francisca Rojas and Diego Soler from 12th grade MZ, — who represented our school in the competition this current year–  Miss Verónica Opazo, Mr. Jilberto Olivares, Miss María Ester Campos, Miss Liliana Cortés, and Miss Yolanda Mai, had the difficult task to decide among these six proficient speakers.

Congratulations to both Valentinas and a thumb up to Isidora, María Paz and Gadir  Hassan for their  very good performance!
