El sábado recién pasado nuestra Class of 2018 y su Do Re Mi Company presentaron magníficamente el musical “The Sound of Music, a Note to the Heart». Los alumnos mostraron sus grandes capacidades de trabajo en equipo, autogestión, organización y, por supuesto, su alto nivel del uso del idioma Inglés.
Tal como siempre lo hemos mencionado, nada de esto sería posible si nuestro sistema de inmersión al bilingüismo inglés-español no estuviera fuertemente presente desde Lower School hasta High School, si no trabajáramos el respeto y aceptación a la diversidad y si no desarrolláramos también un sentido de equipo constante.

Last Saturday 10, The Do Re Mi Company, Class of 2018 presented their end-of-the year traditional musical play, which in this opportunity was The Sound of Music, a Note t the Heart. The school community was able to witness a quality work, which gave testimony of a year of dedication, team work and strong commitment. Being this event part of the Language Arts program for the 12th grades, the students were able to show on stage the high level of the English proficiency, which they have developed along the years in TISLS, as well as public speaking and role playing abilities. The sound of music touched the heart of our school community and the notes resounded in our school gymnasium to remind us that we must Climb every mountain if we want to reach our goals.
